Rising above all the land in Oklahoma, the Black Mesa inspires BlockMesa Private Equity Real Estate Firm. It pays homage to the founders’ Northwest Oklahoma beginnings, and represents rising above the here and now to explore what’s possible. We see endless possibilities with the future of real estate, and believe your next opportunity is often just around the block.
The BlockMesa investment strategy is to purchase assets with projected values able to be increased by 50% or more within 3-4 years, then make investors whole by refinancing the property and continuing to hold, manage, and make distributions. The company has a reputation for buying assets that need significant turnaround – we can get our hands dirty.
We use our direct-to-seller campaign tech stack and broker network for new acquisitions.
We strategically offer select investors personal invitations to participate as limited partners.
We maintain high quality vertically-integrated management for which we are known.
We use Tech like StoreEdge, Trello, Slack, Tenant Inc, Buildium, etc to leverage lean optimization.
SHIFT Storage is a self-storage facility located at 700 Evanhale Road, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. There is ample room for expansion and the addition of more storage units in the future.
